Who We Are

Construction company "PRODIM" was established in 2005 to render construction services on the Russian Federation market for the rise in the All World. During this time the company has proved to be a reliable partner, which meets its obligations promptly and with due quality, and within the budget.

Putting together the years of experience of company workers, we managed to create a team, who can implement complicated construction projects, which require good engineering, detailed planning, and good teamwork. Thanks to its capabilities, and the courage of its staff, "PRODIM" company keeps increasing the volume of work each coming year.

Construction company "PRODIM" can ensure effective work of all links in a chain of the construction activities in the building process at a high professional level. The philosophy and ethics of doing business in our company aim to open and mutually beneficial cooperation with our clients and partners, based on professionalism and competence.

We are operating under the international quality system standards and audited periodically by the related institute. We are building the projects with noise and air pollution minimization, waste management system, convenient material selection and supply, and energy-saving applications and considering the flora and fauna of the area.

History

  • 2020 - Real estate project started.
  • 2018 - An agreement was signed to perform the functions of the Technical Customer of the Paveletsky Multifunctional Complex.
  • 2017 - Construction control and supervision contract for solaris mall project was signed.
  • 2015 - Our company is the winner of the open tender held by JSC "SIBUR Holding" for the development of design for the project: "Administrative building ZapSib-2".
  • 2012 - Prodim Construction, has signed Cara hotel project.
  • 2011 - Prodim Construction, has signed a deal for Construction "Dry mixing factory"
  • 2009 - Prodim Construction, has signed a deal for Construction Stadium.
  • 2008 - Mixed use building "Palladium" Construction successfully completed.
  • 2005 - Establishment of the company.
